What we do
Skynet C2 is a security operations and dispatch platform for licensed private security
agencies. It brings cameras, alarms, guards, patrols, incidents, scheduling, evidence
and reporting into one command centre, and coordinates the dispatch of officers to
incidents at the properties those agencies protect.
Our SMS messaging programme
Where a person has opted in, Skynet C2 sends operational text messages to the officers,
supervisors and dispatchers who hold accounts on the platform, and to site contacts their
agency designates. Messages cover incident dispatch instructions, shift schedules and
changes to them, and checks that a number still reaches its owner. No marketing or
promotional messages are ever sent, and sign-in details are never texted.
Opting in is voluntary and is never a condition of employment, hiring, pay or
assignment. Message frequency varies with operational activity, message and data rates
may apply, and anyone can reply STOP to stop messages or HELP for help.
